Spikey Massage balls / Trigger point Release / Myofascia Release

In every Pilatesbody Class the last 15 minutes are allocated to trigger point release work, this is also known as myofascia release. 

The benefits are obvious to each client, myfascia release increase blood flow to the muscles, it helps with flexibility work, it releases pain, tension & trigger points from the muscles. This work is done at the end of class as it completely relaxes tight muscles and has also been know to help clients sleep better at night.
